Still no smoking or drinking. I slept well last night and I am thankful for that. Today I head back home and I feel committed to a sober life. I am never waking up with a hangover again.
Dinner alone and then I may text a friend I met today. It was nice to be sober when meeting someone new. I am not coughing up as much phleghm as usual.
