first time poster
Hello evryone im wes 31 male from south wales after 15 years of heavy drinking.and being at rock bottom. I finally found the push to become sober I have been sober for a month now and still finding it hard but will not give up. Not just for me but for my first born due in September in the past due to certain situations I used them as an exscuse to keep drinking and to me it was valid but now I see it was just excuses to keep getting drunk to forget anything.
I have recently started back training to get healthy again so I will be able to run around with my daughter in years to come .
I lost evrything that was ever anygood in my life and I know now it is my fault due to my addiction.
Would like to talk to fellow aa recoveries
One day I will get there !!!!

Welcome Pipes. 10 days ahead of you and congrats on the Month so far! You're already there and here; keep working it! We have a great AA community and forum here and the larger community is awesome as well. Try the specific AA forum to quickly find someone actively involved.
You've come to a very supportive place.
