Day 2 Newbie & Challenges
Been a real challenge with the withdrawal symptoms. Super bad shakes & nausea, off my anti-depressants medication too. Just realiased i have only slept 2 hours in the past 48 hours. It's better now though and just got to try to get 6 hours of sleep before tomorrow's Monday work day.

Thanks for the welcome guys..Anna, no I didn't speak to a doctor yet.
An hour ago, decided to come to a dinner party with my husband for a couple hours and a guest brought over her dogs and their names are Guiness (a FAV of mine!!) and Whisky (I work for a high end whisky boutique). What are the odds :p

In the early days of withdrawal I've just come to accept sleep isn't happening. I won't even bother trying and will play video games or something to keep my mind occupied and distracted from cravings. Tossing and turning all night with electrified blood running through your veins is worse than being exhausted for a few days IMO
