5 months today!! Yippee :-)
Hi everyone! I just woke up been looking forward to making this post all week. So I lie here after going for a Friday night swim last night and looking forward to another clear headed weekend which will be totally controlled and owned by me and not by that smelly evil liquid which has controlled so much of my life previously.
There have been some tough moments but every milestone gets better and better and I can honestly say its SO worth it!!
Whatever battles your facing and whatever temptation comes your way, be strong, the real highs of life are 100 times better than the fake 'highs' that alcohol tricks you into thinking it gives you.
Thanks to all my SR friends...being on here has really helped :-) :-)
