just finished dinner and still sober

From past experiences with quiting I know that each day gets a little easier but the first is the hardest. Today is my first day and I'm not doing to bad, just finished dinner and still sober - only 3 more hours to go.

Take it one hour at a time if you have to. Good for you for getting thru the first day. Keep on keepin' on.

You deserve some ice cream! Even when I was drinking, I couldn't drink beer or liquor after ice cream!
