Thanks folks. Day 14 after lots of stops and starts. Been to a few AA meetings but not sure if its for me. Think this may be more my thing. Sundays always a trigger day for me, going to stay strong today.

You can do it Clara, stay on SR reading & posting, when you feel the urge just come here, there is always someone here to talk to, believe me it works, its the only thing that has got me where I am now

Still getting used to this so apologies if I offend or do something daft. Just wanted to say thanks, you're support is really helping.

Someone mentioned I should join Class of May 2013, how do I do that?
