Thanks folks. Day 14 after lots of stops and starts. Been to a few AA meetings but not sure if its for me. Think this may be more my thing. Sundays always a trigger day for me, going to stay strong today.

How do I go about doing that?

One day at a time. Sunday is only 24 hours.

You can do it Clara, stay on SR reading & posting, when you feel the urge just come here, there is always someone here to talk to, believe me it works, its the only thing that has got me where I am now :)
