What's With The Sweet Stuff?!
I can't stop eating chocolate and other sweet and sickly foods. It's not like me as I've always been more of a savory sort of person! I've woken up, had my breakfast and then scarfed down a chocolate bar straight after. I need chocolate after every meal, it's weird.
Yep me too. I have never been much for sweets. I mean I liked sweets and chocolate but never really had a craving for it. I could take it or leave it.
Now I have to have it at least once a day, specifically chocolate. Just a simple chocolate bar is the best.
Someone else mentioned popcorn. I have eaten more popcorn in the last two months then over the last year.

That's your body craving sugar and nice things. It passes, kinda. I still have a weird craving for the drink 'Sprite' every now and again. I always drank loads when I was using and every now and again I get an urge for it. Rarely ever act on it but it's just the sugar my body wants.

I too had an humongous sweet tooth when I quit. I bought a huge tub of marshmellow fluff( I know gross) and seriously dipped everything in it!!! It lasted a few weeks. Adding small protein packed snacks quiets then a little. Peanut butter, nuts, cheese.

Same here! I became a triple chocolate cupcake fan
But hey. I will focus on one thing at a time.
Staying sober is the first priority...
Plus...I was drinking so many calories with margaritas so I'm not worried..
If I can control drinking, controlling diet and exercising will be a piece of cake!
