Day 4
Hello all,
Well today is day 4 and I'm especially proud because yesterday was my birthday - first one without a drink in, oooh Id say 23 years
This page is my inspiration and pretty much my version of a support group. I'm also finding the concept of It wants a drink, I don't really helpful.
Slept really well last night (except for the 4year old climbing into bed three times
) first time without the clammy feeling in the middle of the night. Still a bit shaky not in myself but in one finger on one hand - most odd but hopefully within a few months that'll be better too....
