I'm not really sure what to say. I guess I can start by saying that I'm really tired of heroin. I've been on this rollercoaster for way to long. Is rime ro get off this ride for good.

Thanks, I just wanted to say something before going to bed. I have to get up in afew hours for work. I hope I can make it through the day without using.
