Yo dude, ty for that. Same withdrawal crap as last time, when will I ever learn? Thanks for thinking about me and I would say that I am "dry" today but that would be wrong with the sweats...so I will say sober instead..lol

roy, glad you are sober today. it sounds like you let the kid get into the candy jar over the weekend. i am glad to be fighten this battle with you. dont kid your self you can stop. you did it today and today was not easy. i am sure it is still a real bitch. you can get through this 24. tomorrow is another day. get done with today sober.

I hear ya on the trash bro, it really smelled bad. Although the wafting aroma of stale beer and that special sweat really made me a hit Tuesday in the sniffer. The aroma I would be wearing today is "eau du-drunk" compliments of budweiser, maker of Bud light. Glad you are sober today and glad to be here with you on this. Its our corner and we will win the fight 24 at a time.Today is almost over and the next 24 begins. Lets make em sober ones.

Aw shucks guys, I am fine. Pretty grumpy and still kinda shaky but fine and still sober. I went to bed but had "those" dreams so I did not get much sleep sorry to say. Kinda tired and shaky but hanging in there. Getting that stress and anxiety back but it is the same thing that I have been seeing here. Overachiever wannabe that always feel like I fall short of the mark. Great job with no complaints there but you know the normal stress..just life. Not-so-nice car, kids and their issues, wife being in pain and whatnot, house not being the one I want, bills overdue..do I need to go on. The ones that make you feel like a failure and that things will never get better no matter how hard you word so what the hell--have a beer! I have fought it off and still am with the help of you guys. Only three days and here I start thinking stupid again like it will be different this time. I am fine guys, just working hard and stopped in to see what everyone is up to. Hang in there, I am!!

Dont get the wrong idea here
Hey everyone,
I just read back and realized that I may have given the wrong idea here. I have not had a drink in over three days. I was just saying that I was having some really bad cravings and "drinkin thinkin" going on. Nope 72 hours sober here and hanging on, sometimes by a thread but hanging on for dear life.

sounds like you are doing a great job , just keep hanging in there . i'm at 20 days , my head still plays the "you can have a few beers game" , i just put in the back on miy mind. keep hanging in there !
