It's been 6 days since my most recent relapse, and I feel like I have a recovery hangover! Haha. These past days have really been great though.

I've been to a meeting every day since I've been back, I'm starting to reach out to more people and build a family in NA.

I went to this NA convention on saturday called recovery in the woods and it was amazing! There were all these different speakers and at clean time countdown, everyone came up to me and gave me a hug when I said I had 4 days clean!

Yesterday I went to my first support group at my sponser's house with some of my sponsee brothers and I got all their phone numbers.

I also wrote down in detail my experience with my last drug use, so I can remember the pain that I went through if I feel like using again..

My cravings have been moderate but I've been getting through them. People from the program have been telling me I look a lot healthier already!

I've been feeling really good the past 6 days

Remembering my last drink and how I felt, I believe, is key to my continued sobriety.

I think it will be beneficial for me too! In the past after a bad using/drinking experience, I would forget the pain I went through within like a week and I would go back out.. not this time though!
