It's Monday, but I am not letting that get me down. Tonight will be a challenge, as "making it through Monday" has always been a great excuse to down a bottle of wine before bed. But not tonight! I will go to the gym directly after work today and make it to bed early so that I'll wake up tomorrow without that feeling of dread and guilt!

The day is almost over. Just winding down and getting ready for bed, which I am really looking forward to! Even more so, I am looking forward to that fantastic feeling I get when I wake up clear-headed and I know I didn't drink myself to sleep the night before. I have a long day tomorrow, but at least I won't be hung over for it!
