I drink to sleep. not asking for acceptance. just help. REALLY need real tim instant chat help ... not email when ever... im a here right now type when i finally ask for help

is there a chat room or something that is instant ... im at that point that if im gonna ask for help i need response NOW ... i cant be the onlt one this desperate

At the top right of this page, you'll see where it says "Chat Room", in that blue-colored bar w/the other headings. I haven't used it myself, can't advise, but it is there for you. Welcome to SR and hope you find the help you need here, or at least a start.

I wish I could chat with you. But I am at work and cant get on chat from this PC. It looks like there are 6 people in there now though. Hopefully someone can talk to you.

There's usually people around, and the replies (depending on the time of day) are usually pretty quick :)

I drank to sleep too - it's a bad trap to fall into...the sleep is nothing more than passing out really.

It takes a little while and maybe a little short term discomfort but you can break that drinking to sleep cycle.
