What a difference a day makes!
 

After an up and down day yesterday, I woke up feeling wonderful! It's a beautiful day here. Had a nice quiet morning, then went for a walk with my daughter....she had me going up and down hills...phew...decent work out! Now sipping my water and looking forward to going out to dinner with hubby to finally celebrate our anniversary.

Shout out to all that the rough days do end, and likely the next day will be so much better:-)

Have had so many crap days that made me want to drink. But it's a great feeling to wake up sober and it's amazing how the things that were getting you down the previous day just become an after thought.
