Hi Friends,
Well I think it's about time I said goodbye to this thread. For some reason
I have been avoiding doing this. I realized just a few moments ago that this is also what kept me away from SR.
But I was listening o music and a song came on and it just told me to
say goodbye. Alcohol has been a cruel mistress but a mistress just the same.
Only you that have had her will know what Im talking about.
Anyway, God willing I will pick up my 90 day chip on the 12th.
If you get a chance, sit back, turn off the lights, light a candle and put on
the Eagles song "wasted time" I realized while listening to that song that while it was a cruel mistress, it was not all wasted time. It was hell, but if it took going through all that to get where Im at today, I cannot look at as wasted time. If only to help even one person with this dreaded disease.

At Bob's request, I'm closing this thread. If he wants to shre the "why's", I'm sure he will. He wanted it left in the forum so folks can still read it, and he didn't tell me whether or not he was leaving SR.
