Fighting a craving

First day and the craving is pretty bad at the moment. I tried exercise and cooking can't seem to get to sleep. Just needed to talk it out for now.

One down

Seems to be working. Craving less urgent and even helped some with the tremors from withdrawal.

Hey ktb. I hope you are o.k. That first day is tough, no doubt, but you can do it. Things will get better, just hang in there. Be strong and have faith.

Day 2

Finally got some sleep and feeling a bit better today. Thank you so much for the help and encouragement. It is a gorgeous day out and I am happy to be sober at this moment.

Day 2

Doing ok so far haven't stopped cooking or cleaning all day but it seem to help keep the need at bay. Still having shakes and sweats but less. Having a little trouble focusing but I guess that is to be expected. My husband is watching and being very supportive and reaping the rewards of clean house and brownies. Very thankful for today and this site.
