New here!

Hey! My name is Shelliegh. I came across this site and thought it would help me. I have been battling with drinking for about 3 years now. I just start having black out this week and that has me real scared. I really want to beat this and not drink anymore before it tears my life and family apart. I'm looking forward to talking to everyone here and maybe making some new friends.

Blackouts are scarey. I got to the point, where I could never tell when they would happen. Sobriety took care of that. You can do this!

Welcome to SR You have admitted you have a problem, first step done. Do you have a plan? Why not check out the secular forum, where AVRT and other self help topics are discussed. I am an addict , been one for 30+ years. SR is helping me I also do NA meetings and practice AVRT. So it could be any combination , see what works for you. God Bless
