Day 3
 

Well it's day 3 for me with no alcohol it's been alone time since I went this long with nothing and it's nice not being hungover everyday!! So far not feeling to bad some daytime anxiety and night time sweats hope it only gets better from here just taking it day by day and trying to keep my head clear and focused...

Congrats on three days! It will get better, so hang in there.

Congratulations! That fourth day was always killer for me, so be on gaurd.
Just remember you never have to drink again.
