Red face Anniversary tomorrow...

Well it's my husband and I 14th wedding anniversary tomorrow, and we are going out to a very nice restaurant on Sunday to celebrate. Going to be a real test...I love fancy dinners, especially with a really good glass of wine in an elegant glass.

I know I won't drink...partly because I will be with hubby and he knows I am giving up booze, but also because I know that elegant glass of wine will be traded for a hidden coffe mug of cheap wine in my kitchen cabinet the next day, and the cycle of self loathing will begin anew.

So will not drink, but hoping I don't have anxiety over it and ruin our meal.

Just remember how many times the wine ruined evenings in the past. (I am assuming it has)

Also, Peach, Mango, or Raspberry Tea taste better than wine anyway!

Happy Anniversary!

Happy Anniversary to you and hubby! You'll have a better time without the wine and won't wake up feeling horrible and guilty.

Thanks everyone!!! This is the first celebration for me, so a little anxious. Hubby keeps telling me how proud he is of me, so that's been nice.

How wonderful for you to be celebrating your Anniversary, and that your husband is so proud of you. It might be a bit hard for you, but it really is about making new memories and finding new ways to enjoy things.
