Wink On Day 2

I went off drinking/smoking for a week straight,
Now I am almost done day 2 no drinking, I had a joint yesterday & today..
I'm gonna try to keep sober as long as I can.
Last night sleeping I was sweating so bad that I soaked my bed and clothes

You can do it if you really want to, do you have a plan to stay sober?
If you get an urge to drink come and talk it through here.
Use the tools etc

And maybe go see a Doc, sweating is withdrawal's and not something to mess with.

I don't have much of a plan: I have told a few people that I quit again & spend a lot of time mon-fri at the local resource center drinking coffee and talking to pretty ladies when trying to stay sober I also have been avoiding people that are also addicts.
The withdrawls can be pretty harsh on me so I do smoke a j now and again, which I am also working on quitting

Pastor... I can relate. Right now I'm withdrawing from alcohol and I'm sweating and having the chills and shakes. I hate it. I can't stand being in my skin any longer.

I recommend you lay off the joints. It's very easy to become cross addicted and simply move from one drug to another.

Why not go for broke here - if you feel poorly, see a Dr...if you want to stay sober, make a plan and find the support you need to stay quit?
