I did it! I actually made it past day one!!! Phewwwwwwww that was a rough day yesturday, my emotions were all over the place and i almost caved in and had some beer but instead i came on here and you guys helped me out thank you so much

I had some REALLY weird dreams last night tho! one dream my dog had to be put to sleep, the other dream my grandmother dying but she died when i was 9, proper weird lol

I feel like i have some hope now because i thought i was going crazy but i didnt go crazy and i did make it through and NO HANGOVER for me how awesome is that!

So then day 2 is here so i plan to keep myself busy, goona clean the house from top to bottom, walk the dog make food!

Congratulations, and thank you for posting on here to let me - and others - know. It's a great help to me to know that with the temptation to drink strong, with the fact that you just recently started on this path, you still didn't have to drink. You chose to exercise your choice to remain sober.

Thank you Steven! It just goes to show that it CAN be done and now that i have done day 1 i can do day 2!! Im not even goona think about tomorrow just TODAY if i can just NOT drink then im going to be ok!
