Shaky as in; anxiety ridden .. But I do believe that is for other reasons then the alcohol .. I think that is from being sober and thinking about all that needs to be done and repaired :p BUT I am sober

Ohhh I understand that :p stay focused .. Hence I started my "new" routine today .. Took the dog out; made coffee; and came here
