Believe me, you're aren't old. I hope you're not feeling that you're too old to make changes in your life or accomplish what you want in life because I'm here to tell you it's not true.

Anyway, feel free to speak your mind. There are plenty of people here who have probably lived through the same situation you're experiencing.

You're not old! I know two guys that are over 90 and they don't act old. You might feel old due to choices you've made, but you can change that.
