Believe me, you're aren't old. I hope you're not feeling that you're too old to make changes in your life or accomplish what you want in life because I'm here to tell you it's not true.

I finally stopped drinking last year at age 43. You're not old yet!

You're not old! I know two guys that are over 90 and they don't act old. You might feel old due to choices you've made, but you can change that.
