day 2

went to a meeting yesterday, got some good advice. I need to get out of my head. Stop thinking so much, and worrying so much. Plan is do 90 in 90. Feel good today and ready to commit my self to recovery.

The first 90 days are different. Teality can take some getting used to. My thinking was very driven and i could not "switch off" things do get better.
