Day 4 and first AA meeting

Went to my first AA meeting last night and was the best decision I made (other than finding SR). I was getting subtle hints to be honest and i would have to talk but that is why i went. I was fearless and spilled my guts. Best thing I ever did. Gave me contact numbers honored me with my big book. Going again tonight. I'm thankful.

What I have learned is this, WE ALL need a support system. I tried to do things on my own, by myself, even without God.
I tried AA; walked out never to look back again.
52 days ago, I hit such a rock bottom ... Good friend of mine suggested Celebrate Recovery. Took me sometime to get the courage to go ... I went and kept coming back. I failed to realize that I was killing myself. CR helped me and continues to help me. Keep rockin AA and congratulations!
