3-Weeks!!
 

Three weeks ago today, I had to go to the Urgent Care Clinic because I was knocking back a 750 ML bottle of Vodka a day and was trying to stop and had the worst anxiety ever. Felt like I was shaking into an oblivion. That was the second time in two weeks that I had to go because of the anxiety. The doc gave me Xanax to get through the worst of it. I actually didnt even need to use them all. I have been indulging in my recovery of choice which is endurance sports, mainly running and mountain biking. Havent even looked back. I feel so much better.

Way to go!... I so need to kick my exercise up a level. Thanks for the inspiration; gonna go in the garage and see if I can rehab (no pun intended) my bike into working condition for the weekend... Been feeling so flat; need to kick up those endorphins a level or two...
