Old instincts still at work...
 

Today wasn't bad, but had some minor urges. Like when my daughter and I were going outside for her to play, she ran upstairs to get her sneakers, and I not thinking headed int the kitchen because that was a classic opportunity for me to always sneak a sip from the bottle before I got sober.

Nothing was to be had anyway, and I didn't really want a drink, it's just interesting how certain behaviors are so second nature!

Yes, they are, but the good news is that you're finding you can change those habits. I hope you had fun playing with your daughter.

Those old habits are hard to break but so wonderful when they crumble apart!

Replace those old habits with new healthy habits. The old habits will die off.:)
