Arms Acres Rehab?

Hi,

I recently posted as a newcomer, but things have escalated and it looks like I'm going to rehab. I'm talking to Arms Acres and I was just wondering if anyone has been there or knows anything about it positive or negative? Any info is much appreciated! Either way I know I just need help and I need it now
