How are you feeling pedro ? I feel good even after a few days of being sober I hope one month will have me feeling very good . I read once that it literally can be a month before you recover from your last alcohol mentally ...( that's one long hang-over)

Hi there and Thanks for the encouragement. I am really feeling great. I am getting my brain back, i have lost weight and am alot fitter and only after 1 month it really is a huge difference. Keep going you wont believe the changes. :)
