Sorry guys, but I am posting again as it is the only way I will keep on the straight and narrow .. Back in hotel room, witching hour approacheth ...and I'm about to go to the restaurant with my two teetotal colleagues. I am pretty sure I can hold my own and not drink (have abstained the last two nights thanks to you)...SR makes me feel accountable (in a good way) and so I promise you I won't drink...

No need to ever apologize for posting here! I have the SR main forum page bookmarked right on my toolbar, and I find myself clicking it without even thinking about it. That is SUCH a better mindless habit than cracking open a beer.

I'm cleaning my bedroom and playing around in a trivia chat room. Anything but drinking!

Ok guys ! I did it .. No alcohol for me AND I just had to deal with VERY stressful situation involving dodgy visa/travel situation (not my fault) and didn't even think about getting a drink ... Well no, that's not true .. i did think about getting a drink but said to myself 'how is a drink going to make this situation better ? it isn't!' .. And that was that .. i think I am learning how this whole thing works now :-).. Currently enjoying a nice cup of tea !!

Thanks everyone.... Waking up with nice clear head to a great day !! I am heading off into the boom docks in rural Africa so probably won't have internet for a bit .. But will take SR positive vibes with me and am sure that will keep me going ...!
