Lunch hour
Day 7 if sobriety and just went for a walk on my lunch hour.
Could only do 30 min. Because I am so out of shape,
but now sitting in the sunshine listening to
the musicians practice.
So much nicer than sitting in my car with two
nips worth of brandy in my water bottle.
And no need to pop a breath mint before heading back to the office:-)
