Still sober..........day one, little steps.....
 

Ok so it's a lovely warm sunny day here in the south of the uk, I would normally be reaching for an ice cold glass of rosé or white now, in a mug in the garden, instead I've made a coffee. I know it's only day one but I feel that I need to keep checking in with you guys to help keep me strong. Unfortunately we do have a small amount of red wine left in the house and hubby offered to buy some more wine for this evening, as it bank holiday here. I've declined, so will do my best to get through the rest of day and evening.... Goodness me how did it come to this, where I'm saying ' get through the evening without a drink'. I've left stuff out in garden, so I plan to do some planting at 7 when kids go to bed, this is when I normally hit the bottle hard! Wish me luck! X

Hang in there, Daisy! Plant those flowers, play some solitaire, take a moonlight walk, go to bed early. You CAN do this!
