Sober 9 days
Sober 9 days, and feeling so much better. Took my kids to the park and ran errands with them for the first time in a long time. Had fun instead of watching the clock so I could go home and start drinking my wine.
Went through 3 days of withdrawals, but finally feel better. Performing better at work, and hit the gym five days in a row. My face has lost the bloat, and I can see my cheekbones again.
My psychiatrist put me on Campral, but I discontinued. I don't feel like I need it to stay sober.
