yea.....almost always sober...episodic alcoholic here...just way sad

Call out to the God of your understanding, let him take the wheel. Then do what you did for those eleven years. Were you happy those 11 years.What worked then. Don't over complicate it, just take one small step at a time. You'll find your way. :)

OK, well I'm glad you're sober tonight. I also go through blue periods, but being blue from time to time isn't unusual for many people. I'm not sure how "sad" you are but have you seen a Dr. or psychiatrist about possible depression?

FR....yes, I will be doing that again....mtg on Tuesday...been there, done that....but....soooo open.....love live in sobriety....no, really love a sober life
