when i get in a negative state of mind i have to make a list of things i'm grateful for. even small things like how much i like taking a shower. i'm grateful that i'm sober enough to take a shower! perhaps a little gratitude list will pull you out of the blues a little.

IWLSAST, I just want to say good morning and I hope you will have a better day today. If you have the alcohell blahs hang out in SR....Are maybe do a pros and cons list of drinking....I'm sure you will see the pros outweigh the cons any day...Please take care and beat the AV back with some positive moves
