Hi!

It's unbelievable how we all go through the same issues. Rebuilding trust with an addict is so challenging. My husband is a recovering heroin addict.

He's been going to a methadone clinic for a year now. For the past two months, he's been phasing off. He's supposed to be down to 8 mg however, something isn't quite right lately....He's not telling me the truth...

This is what my gut feeling is telling me...

I've lost all trust and gave him an ultimatum to go to the clinic with him tomorrow morning or I'm leaving. If he talks himself out of it, I'll have to leave. I'm so hurt and it's way too hard to go through this hell again.

Welcome sunny. It's so good that you found us. I hope it helps to know you aren't alone as you deal with your husband's addiction.

We have a Friends & Family Forum also - the people there have been through the same sort of thing that you're going through. We're glad to have you with us.
