Struggling

I have over 6 years of sobriety but here lately I'm struggling wanting to stay sober. Last month was an extremely stressful month for me and I feel like all the stress has caught up to me. I am really depressed and all I have been thinking about lately is alcohol and pills. I know I have a long time of sobriety under my belt but it doesn't seem to matter anymore. Anyone gone thru these periods and what did you do to get thru them?

In hindsight I think reapply basic tenets. Do what worked.

What are you putting in front of a relapse? Meetings? Calling people in recovery? Service work? What were you doing when you were doing well? Start doing it again.
