first day

Hi, I'm a 70 year old retired guy that just discovered my bp is spiking when I drink..my body is telling me it's time to hang it up.

Welcome to SR hobbit! I'm glad you're taking a look at what drinking is doing to your health. I was older, too, when I finally had to let go of my life long habit. It felt strange at first - but now I'm so thankful to be free of it.
