Yesterday
 

Yesterday wasn't a good day for me ... Miserable and moody were how I could be described. Fought with the husband.. Didn't sleep well at all... The dog took off but we found her...(thankfully) all the while I couldn't stop thinking how much I wanted that pipe... I wanted it to take it all away... The anger from the fight... The tiredness from no sleep the stress of my day... It's suppose to be calgone take me away not crack take me away.... My craving was so bad I was angry at myself for feeling that way

Yeah - them days suck for sure - well done for ploughing through it,put it behind you know


Your doing fab though - it will get better !
