I lived many years in such a state.
Waking up with regret if I did remember
the previous evening and terror at what
I may have done or said if I didn't remember.

It took me a long time to admit that I needed
help.

You have taken the first step in examining your
drinking habits. You don't have to waste more
time in this condition.

There are many paths to recovery. Arm yourself
with knowledge, develop a plan and take action.

It is up to you to change things.

You will find a lot of support here.

I used to think of it as torment and struggle. My life is not easy but it is easier by far.

Yes indeed there is so much more to life. I was like you and felt like this for along long time. Stop drinking right this second, stay stopped and break free from prison alcoHELL.

Good things await. Good luck whatever you do.

Jason vale book this forum and avrt have done it for me.
