now a hurting unit, but still holding steady...
 

so i woke up today and my neck was killing me, couldnt move it in certain ways so i went to the quick med. got a few scripts to help with the muscle spasm. so i go from a bad chest cold, to a sprained wrist, back to a minor chest cold to a bad neck in about 2 weeks time. not one moment did i ever think during this that i wanted a drink, i am staying strong. the silver lining in todays dark cloud is, i got my outpatient alcohol counseling started. holding steady today is a must for me and i wont let myself down otherwise..

by the way i am on 5 different kinds of meds too, the price you pay to get healthy i guess

Good for you on holding steady. I can feel your resolve. Just hang in there and things will get better.
