16 days sober feeling better
 

Just checking in. Bought some healthy groceries today and decided to stop eating junk all the time. Got a haircut and was shocked at all my gray hairs. Oh well. Feeling tired and going to try to sleep. Decided to quit smoking today to so I have one day without cigarettes. Hope everyone is well.

Nice work, keep it up. You'll no doubt have some challenging moments coming up but stay strong. It's worth it.
