You all give me hope I can do this. Going into day 4 & its been rough, but its actually starting to get better. I just want my life back & Im finally feeling like that will happen. The depression was overwhelming. Starting to lift. I pray my sleep habits will return to normal

Great job on 4 days... The first few we're the hardest for me. You're sleep will Level out in time, it did for me. My sponsor always says "remember that it's easier to stay sober than it is to get sober" so very true. I'm happy to hear you are starting to feel better :)

Great job on your sober time. I'm glad you're starting to feel better and a little more hopeful. Just think, here's where it can end - you never have to go back there again. :)

Thank you all for the support & encouraging words. Just helps so incredibly much not feeling alone. Felt alone far too long. Temp is finally not so wild & my aches are better, but the emotional part, wow, wasn't prepared for that part. 1 day at a time.
