A general medical physical would also be helpful.
There is no shame for having an illness.
May recovery come swift and sure to you.

I was older when I quit too, Erene. You're doing the right thing, and you'll never regret it.
I was so afraid to let go of something I'd used all my life - to cope and relax. In the end it wasn't even enjoyable anymore, just a terrible habit that was destroying me. SR helped give me the courage to change. I hope you'll feel the same way - glad to have you with us.

some will say read the first 164 pages of the book
