Day 60
 

My last drink was Feb 28th, so I think today is day 60! This is the longest I have stayed stopped for a few years.. I feel good, but I'm under no illusions that I would end up right back down in a horrible place if I take just one drink... have been on a merry go round of a few weeks sober here and there for the last few years and getting worse. Something seem to have clicked with me this time, I just want to stay stopped. I really want to hang on to this. Anyway, just wanted to say best of luck to all ... I lurk on SR a bit and find it really helps to know I'm not alone :thanks

I am glad that something clicked for you this time and that you have been able to put together 60 days! Although I have had some sigificant life events, my life really is easier now that I'm sober. Keep up the great work!

60 days is a fantastic milestone. I made it to 60 days fairly recently, but I did not make it to 90 days. Stay vigilant and keep working hard for your sobriety and you won't make the same mistake I did. Hang in there.

Great work - definitely something to be proud of. I'm working on getting off the merry go round and joining the 60 day club for the first time ever too. Keep it up!
