Ok almost 2 days sober and the loneliness is overwhelming me..my love moved out Friday night after my last binge..and now sober I can't tell you the regret and anger I have toward myself right now. Thank God there's no alcohol in here...:a108:

Turn your anger away from yourself and toward the addiction and do everything in your power to stay sober. Do that, attain sobriety, and the regret part will ease.
