1 week sober.. I can't believe I made it.!
 

Today is the first time I've been sober for 7 days in more than 3 years. Actually first time I've been sober for more than a day or two. I feel pretty lucky as I have not experienced any withdrawal symptoms and I'm not too grouchy. I have had a few cravings but have been able to overcome those wants. I'm really happy right now.

I am not letting my guard down as I know there are worse days to come, but I am proud of myself and feel I can do this one day at a time.
