I'm about to head out on my bike on this beautiful day ahead of me...
and this is what it's all about...distraction.
Our broken, substance abusing monkey brains (some wired better than others) need to stay busy with productive tasks, hobbies...whatever it is that will distract ourselves from destructive behavior.
This is a daily challenge for all of us and I want us all to win and win big.

I'm on top of a mountain overlooking the valley... breathtaking view.
Alcohol cannot compare to this high I'm feeling.
